Colin is an associate at MGBPH, specializing in worker's compensation, personal injury, and construction litigation. Representing mostly insurance carriers and their insured's, he brings a nuanced perspective to his practice, having also advocated for plaintiffs and claimants in the past. This dual experience enables him to craft comprehensive solutions that effectively save his clients time, costs, and stress. Colin's approach is characterized by a meticulous focus on the core issues of each case, ensuring that the client's objectives are always prioritized. He has developed rapport with nearly every administrative law judge in Missouri and Kansas, handling hundreds of hearings and trials across both states.

Colin is committed to client engagement and maintaining strong relationships with those he represents. He is known for his proactive communication, ensuring that clients are informed and involved at every stage of their case.

Beyond his practice, Colin frequently volunteers at the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA) as a presenter, where he has recently spoken on AI and litigation and updates in Kansas workers' compensation law. Additionally, Colin volunteers with KCMBA's Young Leadership Committee, and Catholic Charities, contributing his time and expertise to support the local Kansas City community and foster the next generation of legal professionals. 

Colin is an alumnus of Rockhurst High School and earned his undergraduate degree in Business from UMKC. He then pursued his legal education at UMKC Law School, where he was the Articles Editor for the Law Review and the President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. Colin also acted as a teaching assistant for Contracts, Property, and Criminal Law classes. In addition to his practice, Colin is deeply involved in the arts community as the Artistic Director at Leawood Stage Company. Under his leadership, the company offers productions at little to no cost to the Kansas City area.
