Grace A. Seger is an associate attorney who practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, insurance defense, and worker’s compensation. Grace attended the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, where she received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Political Science in just 2 years. Following this, she earned her Juris Doctor degree with Pro Bono Distinction at the University of Kansas in 2022 where she received the Chief Justice Lawton Nuss Award for Excellence in Advocacy and National American Mock Trial Association Advocacy Award. She was also an active member in traffic court, moot court, mock trial, and project for innocence.

Grace is admitted to practice in Missouri, and she is active member of the American, Missouri, and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Associations. She spent her first 2 years of practice as a plaintiff’s attorney at a personal injury firm where she advocated for those who suffered injuries. She also received the 2023 Top 40 under 40 for Plaintiff Civil Attorneys from the National Trial Lawyers Association.

Outside of her practice, Grace is the head coach of the Undergraduate KU Mock Trial team where she coaches over 60 undergraduate students and teaches them the ins and outs of litigation. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Kansas School of Law where she is an assistant coach to the Law School Mock Trial team. When Grace is not practicing law or coaching mock trial, you will find her playing with her puppy, Ella, watching sports, or hanging out with friends and family.
